Found this place on the internet and it is pretty close to the main street of Margaret River aka Bussell Hwy. Apt 38 is prolly the only privately owned apartment there for rental. Located on the 2nd floor, again, if you have heavy luggages and injured knee like me, will not enjoy the going up and down the stairs. But that aside, the apartment is actually quite nice and pool facing, although we cannot swim during winter. They have jacuzzis beside the pool too. Check out the pics below.
Hotel – Apartment is clean, utensils are all provided for, there are facilities around the compound but no one uses them during winter. Car park is ample and free. Close to the main street and you can walk if you want. Check in time is 2pm and check out time is as usual in whole of Perth, 10am! There was a winter special hence pay 2 nights and get 1 night free. Each night is AUD$200 inclusive of AUD$20 tariff. Paid internet but very slow… Sleeps 4-6.
Service – I didn’t see the owner at all… they will give you a password when you confirmed your booking, then you can retrieve the keys to the apartment at the lock just outside the door.

Breakfast – NA with my booking. But food is everywhere.
RTS (Return To Stay) – Maybe if I can’t another nicer value for money one.
Overall – Overall stay is pleasant and neighbourhood was quiet. I rested pretty well then.
